According to Johns Hopkins, anywhere from 33% to 50% of adults in the US take a multivitamin
Let’s begin with the widely reported study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition on the role of a daily multivitamin in enhancing memory, specifically word recall.
The study asks whether simple dietary intervention, the daily use of cocoa or Centrum Silver, will slow the downward spiral of dementia. Why those two? Cocoa has a very high percentage of flavonoids which increase cerebral blood flow.
